Senior - AM Monday through Friday 7:00-9:00 a.m. at Warner Park
Saturday 8:00-10:00 a.m. at Warner Park
PM Monday 3:00-4:30 p.m. at McCallie - 45 min weights then technique
Tuesday 3:30-5:30 p.m. at McCallie - stations
Wednesday 3:00-5:30 p.m. at McCallie - 45 min weights then stations/quality
