Scenic City is taking largest group in recent history (maybe ever) to Knoxville this weekend for the Long Course Championship Meet. 35 swimmers are currently entered for events this Thursday-Sunday. Looking forward to finishing a great summer for Scenic City!

21 blue group swimmers practiced starts, turns, and raced with running dives this evening. Practice was wicked sick. The swimmers just crushed it tonight!

Sean Ryan dropped an amazing 1.5 seconds in the 200 Meter Free today at Olympic Trials. He moved from his 59th place seed to finish at 21st. Sean's swim was good enough for another Team Record. Sean has great momentum going into his 1500 M Freestyle on Saturday!
