All groups will spend several weeks conditioning outside of the pool. The practices will be challenging but should be fun. The groups will get in the water every practice so be sure to bring swimming gear in addition to the dryland clothes. Scenic City is taking largest group in recent history (maybe ever) to Knoxville this weekend for the Long Course Championship Meet. 35 swimmers are currently entered for events this Thursday-Sunday. Looking forward to finishing a great summer for Scenic City!
21 blue group swimmers practiced starts, turns, and raced with running dives this evening. Practice was wicked sick. The swimmers just crushed it tonight!
