Sean Ryan dropped an amazing 1.5 seconds in the 200 Meter Free today at Olympic Trials. He moved from his 59th place seed to finish at 21st. Sean's swim was good enough for another Team Record. Sean has great momentum going into his 1500 M Freestyle on Saturday!

Great turnout for the 14th Annual Blue Group Swim with your Clothes practice. This Saturday morning was full of fun and interesting swimming. Practice got started with April modeling some of Coach Dahlke's nicer clothes. Warmup with clothes on was challenging for all swimmers. Fun 25's were very interesting - with backward freestyle being the high light. Relays - sitting on kick board relay and a free style relay provided some nice entertainment.
